主要用途

Main Application

This machine is suitable for mixing dry powder material in industries such as pharmaceutics, chemical, foodstuff, etc. It can also mix several materials with different specific gravity and different size quickly and uniformly.

Characteristics

This machine uses the principle of unique three dimensional swings, parallel move and rotation as well as rocking. It will form a strong alternative pulse movement, thrust material to carry out mixing continuously. Its formed vortex possesses changeable energy gradient. So it can have special mixing effect. This machine has many advantages, such as constant operation, low noise, high loading coefficient and short mixing time etc.

工作原理

该机由机座、变频制动电机主轴、回转连杆及筒体等部分组成。装料的筒体在主动轴的带动下做平行移动及摇摆等复合运动促使物料沿着筒体做环向、径向和轴向的三向复合运动，从而实现多种物料的相互流动扩散、掺杂，以达到高均匀混合的目的。

Working Principle

This machine consists of base, frequency control brake motor spindle shaft, pivoted link and barrel, etc. The loaded barrel brought by active shaft will take parallel move and swing, etc compound movement and promote material to take three dimensional compound movement of ring, radial and axial directions along with the barrel. The flow, spread and intermingling of various materials each other can be realized and the purpose of high uniformity mix can be reached.
